Hot yoga is a style of yoga practised in a heated room, at a temperature between 35-38 degrees, to promote deeper stretching and increased flexibility. The warmth helps loosen muscles, making it easier to move into poses while also encouraging sweating for a natural detox effect. It blends traditional yoga postures with the benefits of heat to build strength, balance, and endurance.
