Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. For those just starting to strengthen their bodies. We will gently start working to build muscles, and lengthen and balance your bodies. You will improve your posture and agility and feel strong and relaxed at the end of the class.
