Join physiotherapist Jaucinta Doupe for a practical workshop focused on strengthening and mobilizing the muscles around the knees to help prevent pain and injury. Kayce will then guide a gentle release using Yoga Tune UpĀ® balls to relieve tension and pressure around the knees.
