Gentle Yoga (Chair Yoga) is a slow, calming practice designed to help seniors regain strength, flexibility, and balance. Poses are adapted to be done while seated or using a chair for support, making the class accessible for all levels and ranges of mobility. Participants can also choose to practice on a yoga mat if preferred. This class supports gentle movement and everyday strength.
