Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow-paced practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are held for several minutes to fully support the body and encourage release. This stillness helps calm the nervous system, improve flexibility, and promote a meditative state. It’s ideal for recovery, relaxation, and creating a sense of peace in both body and mind.
