Yoga & Circuit is a dynamic class that combines strength and cardio training in the gym with deep stretch in the studio. You’ll rotate through different equipment and exercises, learning proper form and new workout techniques along the way. This mix helps you build strength, improve endurance, and gain confidence using various machines and tools. The class ends with a yoga session to release tension and prevent soreness.
